Opting out of security or verification messages, such as OTPs, may limit your ability to use Services that require phone verification.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who help us deliver SMS messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of providing the Services described above.

We may share your information with:

• Licensed banking and payment partners that help us hold funds and process transactions on your behalf.
• Identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance service providers.
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of VaPay or others.
